Hello, I’m Maegan-Ann Baptista. As a United States Air Force veteran, I gained foundational skills protecting our nation’s top assets—both with and without a working dog (though I’ll always prefer the dog!).

From securing military installations stateside and abroad to executing tactical missions with the U.S. Secret Service, I’ve trained and handled Military Working Dogs in high-stress environments with unpredictable threat landscapes and infinite distractions.

My success comes down to three core values: genuine care, clear communication, and trust. I applied those exact principles to my pack at home—allowing me to be a respectable leader for my two senior Bloodhounds and extra-small Yorkie.

After leaving active duty, I brought my passion for dog training to the civilian world, working alongside my dear friend Devon Patterson at Patterson K9 Academy. During my time there, I had the pleasure of successfully coaching over 30 dogs and their owners.
